1. When will I get my package ?
Note: * Computers takes 2 days to process & have ready.
Orders can be shipped out within 7 to 14 days by FEDEX & UPS.
NOTE:
AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST WE WILL SHIP 14-21 DAYS.
2. What other conditions might prevent me from receiving my order
on time?
While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of your order, carrier schedules are
subject to circumstances beyond their control, including by not limited to:
Airline delays Unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment
Acts of God Public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises
Acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities Riots, strikes or other labor
disputes, civil commotion Disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as
weather phenomena and natural disasters
3. Will I have to sign for my package?
For your protection, we require a signature to:
Deliver a package valued at more than $400 Deliver, a package to an apartment,
Deliver a package to a business address IMPORTANT! If a signature is required and
you are not available to take delivery, the carrier will not
leave your package.
4. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Sorry we don't, only in the United States.
5. Do you ship to a P.O.BOX ?
FEDEX & UPS Does not ship to any P.O BOXES. Home
address only.
6. Can I arrange for weekend delivery?
We don't currently offer weekend delivery for Web orders. Delivery by FEDEX & UPS are only weekdays Monday-Friday
only.
7. How can I track my orders?
You can track the status of all orders online. Just click "Shipping Info" at the
Top or at the bottom of any page on
Easyshoppc.com website then pick FedEX or UPS.

8. What shipping options are available for Hawaii and Alaska?
Some orders may require extra shipping time to reach their destination.
9. Different billing and shipping address?
For any orders that have a different billing and shipping address, our shipping department
will call the credit card companies to
verify the shipping address. If this step has not been completed, your order might
be delayed until we can have this verified.
10. Can I have more than one billing
address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address.
